Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team! This role focuses on corporate change management and offers a fantastic opportunity to create impactful communication strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Create engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, emails, social media, and websites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create compelling stories and messages.
- Manage and maintain communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on communication best practices.
- Assist in crisis communication management, including drafting statements and coordinating responses.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging communication tools and technologies.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Communications Specialist with a focus on corporate change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with professional services or Big Four firms.
- Experience with advanced communication tools and platforms.
