RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Release Train Engineer.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring the alignment of teams, processes, and execution with business priorities
* Facilitate SAFe Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring teams collaborate effectively to deliver value
* Drive Lean-Agile best practices, supporting Agile teams in adopting and improving Agile methodologies
* Manage and track program-level risks, dependencies, and impediments, proactively addressing blockers
* Help the ART manage their budget, mitigate risks and any productivity related issues
* Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies, including Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and PI Planning sessions
* Foster continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile best practices and SAFe principles
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Business Owners to optimize the flow of value delivery
* Work closely with Senior Managers, Product Owners, and Business Leaders to align ART objectives with organizational strategy
* Serve as a key liaison between teams and executive leadership, ensuring transparency in program progress and challenges
* Provide metrics-driven insights on Agile performance, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
* Coordinate with Business Unit Portfolio Management Office to ensure alignment and adherence to key deadline and reporting requirements
* Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Teams, promoting a culture of self organization and accountability
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) or similar certification highly preferred
* Additional certifications preferred: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP
* 5+ years of experience in Agile Program Management, Agile Coaching, or as a Release Train Engineer
* Strong experience facilitating SAFe Agile ceremonies and scaling Agile across multiple teams
* Expertise in Lean-Agile frameworks, value stream mapping, and enterprise transformation
* Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Rally (Agile Central), Aha!, or VersionOne
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience managing Agile transformation efforts in large enterprises (Fortune 500, Energy, Financial Services, or Tech industries)
* Background in Software Development, Digital Transformation, or IT Operations is a plus
* Experience with SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Value Stream coordination
* Experience writing SQL/JQL queries to garner meaningful insights on team performance
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
