LHH is looking for an SAP Ariba ERP Implementation Specialist for a 1-year contract job opportunity in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has a strong background in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) indirect procurement, with a proven track record in ERP implementations specifically involving SAP Ariba. This role demands robust analytical capabilities and expertise in Power BI and Excel for data-driven decision-making and reporting. This position is hybrid - working in-office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Procurement team to support all phases of the SAP Ariba ERP implementation, from planning to testing and go-live.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration with current systems.

  • Provide expertise in MRO indirect procurement, ensuring that SAP Ariba configurations align with business requirements and procurement best practices.

  • Develop, monitor, and analyze key metrics and reports related to procurement, using Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data visualization and decision support.

  • Conduct system testing, identify issues, and troubleshoot errors during implementation, collaborating with SAP Ariba support as needed.

  • Train and guide users on SAP Ariba functionalities, creating user guides and training documentation.

  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, timelines, and any identified risks or mitigation actions.

  • Support post-implementation review and optimize system processes as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years' experience in MRO indirect procurement within a manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in an SAP Ariba ERP implementation, with a strong understanding of procurement workflows and processes.

  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and report generation.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis for complex reporting.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.



Pay Details: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour
