We re seeking a Staff UX Researcher with a strong background in Sales workflows, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), and lead-to-cash processes to help shape user experiences for our Sales organization. The ideal candidate has deep experience working cross-functionally with Sales teams, applying mixed-methods research to deliver insights that influence strategy, optimize seller workflows, and support revenue protection initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-impact research initiatives that influence product strategy across the sales lifecycle.
  • Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and PMs to embed research into roadmaps.
  • Champion customer-centered design by translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor junior researchers and ensure research quality through feedback and oversight.
  • Translate research findings into compelling, data-driven stories for business stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in UX research, with strong B2B product and CRM experience.
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools, sales analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to apply mixed-methods (usability testing, surveys, interviews, statistical analysis).
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI applications in sales environments (ML not required).
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, working autonomously, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to drive strategic impact.
  • Machine learning expertise is not required, but familiarity with AI-driven sales tools is preferred.
