We have an urgent role of Argo Teller Java Developer

Location: Columbus, Ohio (onsite 3 days a week from Day 1)

Duration : 3 Months CTH

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

• Design and develop enhancements for business banking loan applications.
• Lead medium to large projects impacting multiple systems.
• Collaborate with analysts to gather requirements, create technical designs, develop, test, and implement solutions.
• Perform complex tasks independently or within a team.
• Work with external vendors to integrate systems.
• Provide development estimates based on project scope.
• Continuously learn new technologies and business domains.
• Stay updated on industry trends and standards relevant to the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Mentor and train junior staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years experience with ARGO Teller, Java, J2EE, Web Services, HTML, XML, JavaScript, Powershell, SQL, C++.
• Knowledge of Zena batch scheduling and processing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, IIS, Windows Server).
• Experience in multi-platform environments.
• Ability to balance project, development, and support responsibilities.
• Experience working on business-related projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT, vendors, and business teams.
