Senior Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is in need of a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Project Managers, Architect, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance, in the process of creating software deliverables and artifacts
* Adhere to the organization's methodologies and standards, and propose improvements based on software development best practices
* Perform Lightning Web Component Development and Integration platforms development support (enhancements, bug fixes)
* Participate in efforts including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, roll out and documentation creation
* Participate in regularly scheduled meetings to discuss current tasks and weekly status reports
* Handle development of new business requirements using Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, OmniScript, Apex Batches and Triggers, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other solutions
* Create and maintain technical documentation including process documentation, naming and commenting conventions and Salesforce policies/procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science or a related field
* 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with OmniScript and LWC
* Proven record of accomplishment working on large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders and with cross-functional teams
* Experience with programming languages such as SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and CSS. experience with batch data and real-time stream processing on the Salesforce platform.
* Experience with Application Development & Configuration including Lightning App Builder, Flows, Validations rules, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
* Deep expertise in developing multistep complex UI pages using the LWC framework and OmniScript
* Experience with complex Salesforce API integration for applications residing on various platforms
* Extensive understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) development and customization
* Experience with OmniStudio deployment tools such as IDX Workbench, Vlocity Build Tool (VBT), and Salesforce CLI

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
