Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with Zuora

Location: Pleasanton, CA (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY-**RELOCATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THIS POSITION. (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week onsite)

Description:

Business Systems analyst with Quote to Cash experience in the areas of Customer asset management, Software Licensing, License/Entitlement Management, Subscriptions/Billing, Master Data Management, Product configuration for Software Products

Act as a product owner as required.

Strategize and develop use cases and gather business requirements for software systems and capabilities by working with cross functional teams.

Own and triage the product support issues and work with development teams to explain, fix the issues.

Own and perform E2E testing for everything related to SW products and facilitate UAT.

Hands on experience in Salesforce, Service Cloud, Salesforce custom Development, ERP environments with 7+ Years of experience.

Subscription Application experience is required ( Zuora or equivalent)

Understanding of B2B/B2C model, Customer/Product registration, identification& authorization would be a plus.

Self motivated, accountable person who gives solutions and drives things to closure

Must be able to work with diverse team, both onsite and remote.
