Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sitefinity Developer to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Dayton, Ohio. The role involves the enhancement and maintenance of web applications, the design and development of new functionalities, and the integration of Sitefinity CMS with other systems.

Responsibilities:
Enhancing and maintaining existing web applications utilizing Sitefinity CMS
Developing and designing new features and functionalities for our website
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze requirements
Providing technical mentorship and guidance to entry level developers on the team
Ensuring the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes
Integrating Sitefinity CMS with various backend systems, APIs, and third-party tools
Troubleshooting applications and optimizing them for maximum speed and scalability.

Requirements

Proficient in Backend Development, demonstrating a solid understanding of server-side programming languages and database management.

Experience with Bug Tracking, being capable of identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving software anomalies in a timely manner.

Skilled in Client Side Scripting, with the ability to create interactive web pages and improve user experience.

Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS), and specifically Sitefinity CMS, with the capacity to manage and modify web content seamlessly.

Proficiency in API Development, showing the ability to design, develop, and integrate APIs effectively.

Extensive knowledge and experience with Sitefinity, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its features, functionalities, and application in a manufacturing setting.

Hands-on experience with Sitefinity CMS, showcasing the ability to leverage its capabilities for website development and management in a manufacturing environment.
