Job Details

This global e-commerce company specializes in surplus asset management, helping businesses and government agencies sell excess inventory through secure online marketplaces. They offer end-to-end solutions-including asset valuation, logistics, and compliance services-to maximize recovery value and promote sustainability across a wide range of products, from heavy equipment to consumer goods.

They are looking for a Field Engineer II to provide hands-on support across a fast-paced warehouse and data center environment, responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining laptops, printers, tablets, networks, and end-user systems. The role requires experience with tools such as Meraki, Azure AD, Intune, and Macs Defender, along with the ability to assist the service desk and handle both onsite and remote support needs.

This is a 3-month contract-to-hire position based in North Dallas with up to 30% travel to locations including North Carolina, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and various DFW-area sites.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of IT support experience
  • Experience with Meraki, Azure AD, Intune, and Macs Defender
  • Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in laptops, printers, tablets, and networks
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administration experience

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
