Description
A client of TEKsystems is looking for an Analyst to support personalization efforts within the Guest360 team. They would like for the candidate to have work experience in analytics but their main role will be to facilitate between our 4 product owners and their 2 different analytics teams and our testing optimization team for measurement, insights, and testing. This person will measure and analyze ecommerce conversion values (the monetary worth assigned to actions taken by users on the online store, such as making a purchase, signing up for a loyalty program, adding items to a cart, etc.). These values help the organization measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and help understand the financial impact of the customers interactions. So how we want to see this spelled out in a resume or experience would be the numerical values of revenue increases based on the product enhancements/personalization efforts.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in creating robust measurement strategies that align with business goals. They will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring that results are communicated clearly to stakeholders.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with analytics and business partners to set up reporting frameworks and dashboards for key initiatives.
Develop and execute measurement plans for A/B tests and other product experiments.
Monitor and analyze test results to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, and Product) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Maintain clear documentation of test objectives, metrics, and outcomes.

Product Strategy: work alongside the Analytics and Product teams to develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, users, strategic analytics, agency and vendor patterns to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities.
Sprint Planning, Execution and Demo: Participate in sprint planning meetings to define and commit to deliverables. Continuous demonstration of product progress and delivery
Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most important features and enhancements.
Performance Analysis: Define and track leading and lagging KPIs to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding the reporting and measurement product.
Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and feedback sessions to continuously improve on team processes, product quality, delivery efficiency, and adoption.
Product Support: Provide ongoing support and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Continuously seek feedback from users and stakeholders to drive product improvement and innovation.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
