Job Details

We are currently seeking for a VP of Sales (B2B) for a Full-time position with our Direct Client at Louisburg, NC (Hybrid - 1 week in a month) location.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and align strategies with company objectives.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance coaching to sales professionals.
  • Prepare regular and accurate sales reports for senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align B2B sales efforts.
  • Oversee contract negotiations with B2B clients, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
