Job Title: AWS Identity Resolution Engineer
Contract Duration: 12-24 Months
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AWS Identity Resolution Engineer for a 12-24 month contract role. In this remote position, you will design, implement, and optimize identity resolution solutions within the AWS ecosystem. Your work will focus on developing scalable data pipelines that unify, deduplicate, and enhance identity data across multiple sources, ensuring high data quality and seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Implementation:
- Design and deploy robust identity resolution pipelines using AWS services such as AWS Identity Resolution, AWS Entity Resolution, AWS Glue, Lambda, and S3.
- Develop and fine-tune algorithms and workflows for accurate identity matching, deduplication, and data merging.

Integration & Data Management:
- Integrate identity resolution solutions with internal systems and external data sources to create a unified identity view.
- Collaborate with data architects and engineers to streamline data ingestion, processing, and synchronization.

Performance & Quality Assurance:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of identity resolution processes.
- Implement and maintain data quality checks and validation mechanisms to ensure reliable and accurate identity matching.

Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document system architecture, processes, and best practices to support ongoing operations and future enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based data processing solutions.
- Proven expertise in developing identity resolution, data matching, and deduplication strategies, preferably with AWS Entity Resolution.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and pipeline technologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Big Data Specialty).
- Experience with third-party identity resolution or data enrichment tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques applied to data deduplication and identity matching.
- Prior experience in agile development environments.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and serverless computing
- Experience in the hotel or amusement park industry is a bonus.
