Job Description
This position will report to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) with a primary purpose to support Sales marketing and other initiatives designed, developed and implemented to support the growth of the firm. In providing such support, this professional will be accountable for the development of target marketing messaging and materials, coordination of all nurture, drip and call campaigns, selection of appropriate medium for delivery including social and digital, develop Sales specific event calendar, digital lead generation and organization of prospects lists, pipeline management and accurate and up to date CRM data, creating differentiating messaging in a complex, saturated market, work closely with corporate marketing personnel and generally create strong awareness, tracking and execution against key target markets. It is important that the candidate develop a strong understanding of all Business Development workflows and initiatives and how Sales interacts with all the departments within Dynasty.
The role requires interaction with all Dynasty departments, key prospects, key clients, and service providers of the Firm. Preparation for, participation in, and follow up on client visits is an essential function and critical to the success of Dynasty. In this regard, professionalism and timely delivery of work assignments are essential. Candidate should have strong technical, analytical, design, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills along with a passion for technology/data and pride of ownership for their work.
- Preferably 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Marketing Specialist or equivalent role. Financial Services industry not a must
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency using Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel; proficiency in Salesforce products a plus
- Professionalism, in appearance and actions, and diplomacy and be able to work with a variety of stakeholders and styles
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including an ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong verbal & written communication skills and professional manner
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
- Internally driven, ethical self-starter with good judgment and comfort working in uncertainty
- Curiosity and desire to grow in the financial services industry
- Confidentiality and discretion a must
- Comfortable with remote management
