Technology Services Administrator (Onsite)

We have an immediate need for a direct hire Technology Services Administrator to join an international law firm. The Technology Services Administrator is responsible for IT systems support as well as the administration, monitoring and maintenance of the data and telephone infrastructure for the assigned office.

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

This job expects to pay about $75,000 100,000 annually plus benefits.

What You Will Do:


  • Install upgrades as required
  • Troubleshoot problems with equipment and work with vendors or other IT personnel to resolve
  • Dispose of equipment according to approved procedures
  • Set up and monitor video conferences
  • Maintain Video Conference equipment
  • Provision, configure, and decommission network accounts, mobile devices, applicable apps, desktops, and laptops.
  • Create service tickets to track technology issues
  • Take ownership of tickets escalated from the help desk
  • Provide meeting support video conferences, webinars, and presentations
  • Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution to end-user technology issues

What Gets You The Job:


  • Bachelor s Degree preferred.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 2016/365, NetDocuments, Adobe Acrobat, Active Directory, computer hardware maintenance and repair, printer and copier configuration and troubleshooting, MDM and iPhone/Android phone services.
  • A basic understanding of Internet protocols, data connectivity methods and remote access technologies.
  • Telephone and voicemail system training as well as wireless networking and video conferencing system knowledge a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for this position with the ability to work effectively with end-users, IT peers, vendors and managers.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Microsoft Environment preferred.
  • Medium to Large Microsoft environment experience preferred.
