Job Title: SAP HR/Payroll Configuration Specialist
Location: Remote to start then Salisbury, North Carolina hybrid

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Configuration Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep functional expertise in SAP HR and payroll configuration, particularly with experience supporting multi-country payroll platforms for a global customer base. While ABAP development experience is a plus, our primary focus is on strong functional knowledge and hands-on configuration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP HR and payroll solutions.
Support clients operating in multiple countries on a single SAP platform.
Customize and optimize payroll processes to meet country-specific legal and business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring system stability and compliance.
Stay current with SAP HR/payroll updates and country-specific legislation.


Qualifications:

Extensive experience in SAP HR and payroll configuration, preferably in a multi-country environment.
Proven track record of delivering solutions to support international payroll processes on a single SAP platform.
Strong understanding of payroll schemas, rules, and integration with time management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ABAP development skills are a strong advantage but not a requirement.
