Ideal Candidate:
- Technical Program Manager (5-10 years)
- Looking to bring someone in who can upgrade their mobile presence so consumers can access their products easier
- Needs to be able to understand technical obstacles and how to plan around roadblocks
- Must be able to drive projects, not looking for a Scrum Master or someone who solely facilitates
- Strong understanding of the SDLC
- Focus on a mobile application needed
Red Flags:
- Not looking for someone with an IT background, this is app dev
- Too many years' experience - concerned about someone staying in the role if they have 10+ years' experience
