Immediate and Permanent opportunity for a Data Manager to join industry leading company in the Dallas, TX area. .

This role is fully remote for candidates local to the DFW area. Will require occasional onsite work.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Engineering Manager:

The Data Manager will lead the Data warehouse team in designing & implementing data architecture solutions on the Microsoft Fabric platform! Candidates should have experience in Microsoft Fabric stack of technologies, including Azure Synapse Data Engineering and Azure Data Factory, along with hands-on experience in ETL/ELT and cloud migration. This role brings deep technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and excellent teamwork abilities.

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in a Manager or Lead level role
  • 3+ years' experience within data engineering/data architecture - Designing & implementing cloud-based solutions using Azure Data Factory, MS Fabric, and Azure Synapse Data Engineering
  • 5+ years' experience within SQL Server
  • Expertise in SQL scripting & ETL design patterns for data warehousing
