About the Role:
We re seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our team in Seattle, WA. This position focuses on supporting research for Ad Platforms through data extraction, analysis, and dashboard design. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights and build innovative solutions to enhance the advertising business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize tools such as Python/R, AWS, Azure, and Tableau for day-to-day tasks.
  • Conduct statistical analysis, data science analysis, and data analytics.
  • Build and redesign visualization tools and dashboards.
  • Develop and manage data pipelines.
  • Perform ad-hoc data requests and research to identify business opportunities in ad platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and advanced analytics.
  • Solid understanding of ML technologies, mathematics, and statistics.
  • Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R, along with Java/Scala, and large-scale ML/DL platforms.
  • Strong experience with data-driven services and applications.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative research environments.
  • Passion for applying research to solve business challenges and identifying innovation opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience in digital video advertising or digital marketing domains.
  • Knowledge of CTR/CVR modeling or generative AI.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack ML pipelines: data extraction, model training, testing, and deployment.
  • Expertise in engineering big-data solutions using tools like EMR, S3, Spark, or Databricks.
  • Familiarity with cloud-hosted databases such as Snowflake and automated deployment tools like Docker or AWS infrastructure.
