Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Design and Strategy:
Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture that aligns with business needs and long-term goals.
Develop enterprise-level solutions and provide technical governance across Salesforce projects.
2. Technical Leadership:
Lead technical teams in the delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to.
Provide technical guidance to developers and other team members.
3. Solution Development:
Define and document the technical design for Salesforce solutions, including data models, security models, and system integrations.
Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
4. Integration and Data Management:
Design and oversee integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and other tools.
Ensure data migration processes are secure, accurate, and efficient.
5. Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, ensuring systems run efficiently at scale.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in the technical architecture.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between business and technical objectives.
7. Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.
8. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and development standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 5 years in an architect role.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
Expertise in Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and DevOps practices.
Certifications (preferred):
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Salesforce Application/Integration Architect
Salesforce Platform Developer II

Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment. The salary range for this role is 156k-174k. For corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
