Job Description

  • Proficient in Python
  • Minimum five plus years of experience with BI tools like Business Intelligence Technologies Tableau.
  • Experience of working in a financial organization or awareness of financial concepts.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deriving data insights and maintain them in dynamic Tableau dashboards, presentations and reports demonstrating multiple dimensions.
  • Working with users, business stakeholders, product owners /technology teams to deeply understand customer needs and develop dashboards and reports independently.
  • Working with large data sets and incomplete information as required.
  • Discovering new and innovative ways to source and present complex and new information in easily digestible ways.
  • Understanding data and pulling out the key insights and themes to inform decision making and presenting information to key stakeholders.
  • Utilizing design skills to produce and maintain clear, articulate & insightful reporting, to best deliver analytic outputs & derived insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving improvements to ineffective or inefficient processes and sharing best practices.
  • Improving technical knowledge and analytical capabilities through personal development and training, staying up to date with latest technology and techniques while working to identify appropriate use cases to drive insight and share best practices.
  • Governing new change requests and effectively manage workloads across the development team.
