An Excellent Opportunity for IT Business Analyst to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Plano, TX
Job Description:
- Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- This role is critical in translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring that the solutions developed meet the needs of the business
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, such as MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
