Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to support the Financial Center team with managing a backlog and refining processes in compliance with recent regulations regarding MRA (Model Risk Assessments). This role will involve leading, organizing, and enhancing workflows in collaboration with the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in DevOps, and a solid understanding of build and release processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and refine the backlog of tasks and ensure alignment with MRA regulation standards.
Translate complex technical processes into clear, actionable business terms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Work in an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environment to maintain project momentum.
Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing workflows.
Support security and software deployment efforts within scaled agile frameworks (SAFe).

Skills:
Proven experience as a Technical Analyst with a strong background in DevOps.
Familiarity with build and release processes in IT systems.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
Proficient in JIRA and other project management tools.
Knowledge of security protocols and software deployment practices.
Ability to start mid-January and integrate quickly into an established team.

Preferred Skills:
Understanding of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business needs effectively.
