Role:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Requirements Analyst to elicit, document, and analyze technical and functional requirements to support USCIS IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
- Develop user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
- Document functional and business requirements for enterprise systems.
- Support the development of Enterprise Architecture-related artifacts.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure requirements align with business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a requirements analyst in IT projects.
- Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Preferred/Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in federal IT acquisition processes.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
Clearance:
- DHS Background Investigation (BI)
