Salary: $90,000 to 110,000 ***Sponsorship is not available, C2C or Vendor candidates will not be accepted.***
This position is responsible for managing small to large sized projects, meeting budget and delivery schedules, and all aspects of systems administration, including configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, hardware, software, and applications. Additionally this position is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, and as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security.

This position is responsible for managing small to large sized projects, meeting budget and delivery schedules, and all aspects of systems administration, including configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, hardware, software, and applications. Additionally this position is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, and as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities:
- Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers; monitoring and updating the Windows codebase. Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
- Assists with technology planning through ongoing research. Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
- Managing user access, reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
- Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely, replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
- Troubleshooting systems and server errors, providing technical support for staff and back-end system users, and providing technical support when requested
- Documenting any processes which employees need to follow to successfully work within our computing system.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator with detailed knowledge of modern operating systems, server platforms, and Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Ability to create scripts in PowerShell, Python, and similar languages.
- Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical, and communication skills.
