What will your day look like? As a Senior Energy Trading & Risk Management Product Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with clients, strategists, and architects to align business goals with impactful product solutions.
- Define product vision and strategy through market research and customer-centric design thinking.
- Represent clients in workshops to identify new ideas, customer needs, and solutions.
- Develop and refine solution hypotheses using user insights and market trends.
- Map customer journeys to guide development and validate through user testing.
- Transform product vision into a prioritized roadmap with clear, actionable features.
You will be a good fit as a Senior Energy Trading & Risk Management Product Manager if you have:
- Proficient with Open Link Endur V16+ and Market Managers.
- Strong understanding of crude and refined products business.
- Expertise in energy trading, oil trading, and scheduling.
- Deep knowledge of derivatives (futures, swaps, options) in US and European markets.
- Skilled in planning, delivering, and assuring workstream outcomes.
- Experienced in scoping, designing, and evaluating risks, feasibility, and business impacts.
- Serves as an escalation point for workstream challenges.
- Mentors and supports the business analysis team.
- Develops innovative solutions for complex problems.
- Builds strong stakeholder relationships and manages expectations.
- Hands-on with deal modeling, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, and reporting in Endur.
- Experienced in P&L, exposure reporting, and simulations.
