Role: Senior Cobol Developer
Duration: Long Term contract
Location: Brea, CA - Hybrid/Onsite
Tax Status: C2C/W2
Job description:
We are seeking a Cobol programmer to help our applications development team. The successful candidate will be familiar with all phases of the system development lifecycle and have strong analytic and problem-solving skills. The candidate will design, develop, test, and implement software solutions in alignment with defined business goals. The candidate will require a strong understanding of database management systems and application security.
Required skills:
- Experience with COBOL, ILE COBOL, CL, DB2, AS 400, CICS, Batch, SQL
- Demonstrated experience working with large, sequential, variable length files.
- Strong analytic and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
