RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Senior Consumer Product Manager to lead the development of a groundbreaking SaaS product from 0-1 in an innovative and untapped market space. With a focus on serving millions of consumers, you will define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and delivers exceptional value to users. Your expertise will shape the foundation of a transformative software product that redefines user engagement. Responsibilities:
* Lead and own the product roadmap, focusing on delivering a new SaaS product that engages and delights millions of consumers
* Identify and prioritize opportunities by deeply understanding customer pain points and leveraging data-driven insights
* Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create innovative, feasible, and scalable solutions
* Build and refine requirements through discovery and analysis to ensure product success
* Communicate the rationale behind roadmap decisions to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
* Define and measure clear outcomes that track the product's business impact
* Mentor and coach other Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative product team culture

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience transforming data and analytics into actionable product strategies
* Expertise in building SaaS products for a consumer base in the millions, with a focus on scalable and user-friendly solutions
* Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring team members and influencing cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with working across global teams and managing distributed collaboration
* Significant experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
* Demonstrated success working with Agile cross-functional teams, including engineers and product designers
* Skilled in using data insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product strategy
* Strong experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Amplitude, Pendo, Google Analytics)
* Ability to collaborate with GTM teams and support cross-functional initiatives effectively
* You thrive in building new products from the ground up and are excited by the challenge of a 0-1 environment
* You are passionate about SaaS and have a deep understanding of delivering scalable, consumer-focused solutions
* You embrace experimentation and see failures as opportunities to learn and grow
* You are self-aware, proactive, and skilled at insightful communication
* You actively seek feedback and are committed to continuous improvement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
