Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AWS Software Development Engineer whose expertise extends across AWS services. Our ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining AWS-based applications that are secure, scalable, and align with our business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee AWS infrastructure, ensuring robust application setup, management, and scaling while guaranteeing high system availability and reliability.
- Architect and construct AWS infrastructure to leverage service-oriented capabilities; develop automation scripts for efficient client/server interactions and operational workflows.
- Uphold stringent security guidelines and adherence to compliance within AWS environments; ensure alignment with organizational security benchmarks.
- Offer prompt and comprehensive technical support across all AWS environments; effectively investigate and resolve AWS application issues.
- Diligently monitor AWS usage to optimize cost efficiency without compromising service performance.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with development and operations teams to establish and sustain CI/CD processes and promote the deployment of microservices and serverless architectures.
- Maintain transparent and frequent communication with Engagement Managers, project teams, and various stakeholders; escalate critical concerns to ensure proper attention and resolution.
- Independently lead client engagement segments dedicated to processes improvement, optimization, and transformation, which involves implementing best practices and driving quality and operational outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with AWS (including Cloudscape, AWS CDK, S3, Cloudwatch, Bedrock, AmazonQ, Lambda, CloudTrail, API Gateway, IAM).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience specializing in Micro Frontends and implementation of UX patterns.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Backend development with a strong emphasis on security and identity management.
- Skilled in TypeScript and Java programming languages.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Possible limited immigration sponsorship availability.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, depending on client and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in ReactJS development.
- Over 10 years of practical experience with AWS technologies.
- Recent experience in developing partner or developer experience platforms.
- Strong capability to handle diverse projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Autonomous work habits, requiring minimal supervision.
- Exceptional written and oral communication proficiency.
- Competent in delivering instructive technical demonstrations.
