Position: Senior Data Analyst

Location: Boston ( Hybrid 2-3 days onsite) F2F interview required

Duration: 6 Months

Job Requirements:

Must have: 5-7 years hand on experience in SQL/Excel/Data Analysis Tools (Knowledge of any Programing Language is Plus)

Must have: Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, data modeling and technical architecture concepts

Must have: Experience working in Financial Service Industry (We will prefer who have worked on CRM / Distribution System / Sales System / Sales Compensation functions in any asset management firms )

Must have: Experience working with Business Users for gathering requirements / troubleshooting issues / responding to user queries on day-to-day basis.

Must have: Knowledge of Jira / SDLC especially Agile

Knowledge or experience with Salesforce CRM System

Knowledge or experience with Snowflake Data Platform; for Client Data Platform preferred

Knowledge of Tableau preferred

Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools a plus

Knowledge of JIRA agile development software preferred

Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills; ability to propose solutions

Experience writing business user requirements and functional specification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience (Computer Science degree preferred)
