Technical Product Manager - Revenue Modeling

Technical Integrity is proud to have been retained by a premier global software engineering firm to fill a key growth role as a Technical Product Manager.


Position Summary


We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to drive the development and success of our analytics software products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, translating customer needs into technical requirements and overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery. Our teams collaborate to create industry-leading Revenue Management solutions that accelerate client growth through revenue optimization.


The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills and extensive industry experience in engineering roles, essential to meet the job requirements. This position requires a combination of project management, leadership, communication, and technical expertise to guide development teams in delivering technical projects, including data integration with external applications, backend service delivery, and internal service integration. Specific experience in the Hospitality Industry and with data-driven Revenue Modeling are qualifications of A-list candidates.


What Youll Bring


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Software Development, or a related quantitative field (e.g., Operations Research, Industrial Engineering).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Consulting, or a related role in the software/technology industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with at least 1 year of experience writing MySQL/SQL Server queries to support data investigation and decision-making.
  • At least 1 year of experience with common API-based integrations and security protocols in data exchanges.
  • Strong data analysis skills, utilizing data and database structures to inform decisions.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical needs and product behaviors, acting as a liaison between analytics and technology-focused development teams.
  • Ability to understand product features, underlying analytics, and communicate the associated customer value.
  • Experience with Revenue Modeling and Revenue Management Systems a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex processes to non-experts, clients, prospects, and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Comprehensive product management skills, with the ability to creatively and effectively resolve a wide range of issues.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing and fulfilling commitments, schedules, and deadlines.


What Youll Do


  • Collaborate with remote and onsite engineering teams to ensure alignment with internal or partner requirements according to the clients roadmap.
  • Lead internal and external calls, clearly articulating the status of multiple concurrent projects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation outlining how services or enhancements to the clients solutions should be built, updated, or connected, covering both user and product requirements.
  • Oversee the delivery of new services or enhancements to existing applications, focusing on data integration, user, or property data management.
  • Support Software Development and Quality Assurance (SDQA) teams in detailed design discussions to meet functional and business requirements.
  • Manage the product roadmap, define goals, project timelines, and oversee work completion for assigned projects.
  • Organize and manage all development tickets for assigned services, taking ownership of delivery.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and requirements leader for development teams on assigned projects.
  • Understand product challenges and support innovative solutions to achieve development objectives efficiently.
  • Utilize database queries, API communication, and other data integration methods to define requirements, designs, and acceptance tests.
  • Create executive briefing documents to facilitate decision-making.
  • Conduct beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
  • Identify opportunities and threats presented by emerging technologies and business issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Continuously learn and adapt, demonstrating self-motivation and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
