Job Summary
Genzeon is seeking an experienced Account Manager for Healthcare Payers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including significant experience selling Hyperscalers solutions and payers' business platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with healthcare payer clients, leveraging cutting-edge technology solutions to drive digital transformation, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare payer accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand clients' business needs and challenges, proposing tailored solutions that incorporate hyperscaler technologies and payers' business platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, particularly for cloud-based and platform solutions.
- Conduct regular account reviews and develop strategic account plans aligned with clients' digital transformation goals.
- Monitor and report on account performance, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in healthcare technology.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ year s technology related sales or business development experience.
- 5+ year s sales management experience working for technology vendor selling Enterprise solutions.
- 5+ years experience managing sales organizations with revenues of at least $100M+.
- 5+ years experience contributing to a team of sellers focused on large, complex, US Healthcare accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ year s sales management experience in Healthcare Payers and Technology solutions sales.
- Healthcare Information Technology Industry Experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in selling hyperscaler solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, UiPath, Adobe, Pega, ServiceNow) and payers' business platforms
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and on-site solution demonstrations
