MS Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Lead

As an MS Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Lead, you will serve as the technical expert for project implementations, developing specifications for the implementation, integration, support, configuration, customization, and enhancement of MS Dynamics 365 CRM. Responsibilities include assisting with CRM solution planning, analysis, design, building, testing, and issue resolution. You will have technical oversight for development and delivery of large-scale project deliverables and support CRM issue escalation and resolution. You will work on all aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM including object creation/modification, data import, user role configuration, report, and dashboard development. This role requires strong programming and development skills in Microsoft D365, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Assess and cultivate long-term CRM goals with key stakeholders.
  • Develop CRM architecture, coding standards, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Plan and implement capacity and resource expansion for CRM scalability.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies related to Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and select CRM components including hardware and tools.
  • Design and implement customizations and enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and other business systems.
  • Standardize processes and best practices for utilizing 365 CRM functionality.
  • Identify inefficiencies and ensure optimal CRM standards and processes.
  • Address data discrepancies and ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Diagnose and resolve CRM access and performance issues.
  • Configure and tune CRM components for performance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for CRM modifications.
  • Create reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Work with business analysts to develop technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 CRM system issues.
  • Coordinate Tier 3 escalations to vendors.
  • Analyze business and IT environments for deficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure successful delivery of key strategic projects.
  • Perform unit and integration testing for quality assurance.
  • Provide analytics on CRM engagement and usage.
  • Plan and manage CRM project schedules, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage technical projects, upgrades, and business functional projects.
  • Deep knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of Microsoft D365.
  • Experience designing and developing CRM forms, screens, workflows, and custom entities.
  • Proficiency in data integration and import processes.
  • Extensive experience configuring Microsoft D365 CRM and building integrations.
  • Familiarity with database platforms like SQL Server and Azure.
  • Experience in preparing technical and business documentation.
  • Proven project management experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Dataverse, Sales accelerator, assistant, and forecasts.
  • Familiarity with integrations between Teams, Outlook, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and LinkedIn Sales Insights.
  • Understanding of AI enablement, predictive scores, relationship analytics, and conversation intelligence.
