Location: Remote

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Analyst to join our team. The Marketing Analyst role is pivotal in driving our marketing strategies through insightful analytics, effective vendor management, and impactful outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics:
    • Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Vendor Management:
    • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to maximize value and efficiency.
    • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Outreach:
    • Develop and execute outreach programs to engage key stakeholders, including GoJet s crews, partners, and community organizations.
    • Enhance brand visibility and reputation.
    • Identify and cultivate new outreach opportunities to expand the airline's reach.
  • Public Relations:
    • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the airline's public image.
    • Assist in management of media relations and respond to inquiries from the press.
    • Monitor media coverage and manage the airline's reputation.
  • Content Creation:
    • Create compelling visual content to support marketing campaigns, including photos and videos.
    • Manage and organize a digital asset library for easy access and distribution.
    • Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's identity and messaging.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, vendor management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative skills in photography and videography are a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
