RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team.
Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for running feature delivery for new and updated features for our own applications, which enable pricing updates and launch experiences for all commercial products. You will work closely with our Technical PMs, engineering team, and business stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, manage delivery, and report on progress. A Technical PM is responsible for leading the planning and release process to design, build, and maintain software applications.
Key Tasks:
* Write Requirements and Functional Specifications for new and updated features
* Sprint planning for application updates
* Support engineering team stand up
* Ensure systems remain Secure and Compliant, and meet all standards
* Partner with engineering and stakeholder teams to plan and deliver on functional and user acceptance testing (UAT); Plan scope and scenarios, write UAT plan, communicate scope and requirements to testers and stakeholders, run daily triage, and send daily status reports
* Work across all stages of product lifecycle from product definition, planning, release, modifications, maintenance, and feature deprecation
* Write weekly status reports
* Communicate planned and in-flight work
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of experience in technical program and project management
* Knowledge of product compliance requirements
* Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders as part of a Technical PM team and as an individual with our partner team process, technical and business managers
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
