Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

    • Manage team performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional growth.
  • Technical Strategy:
    • Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
    • Drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in software development and deployment.
    • Collaborate with product management to prioritize features and projects.
  • Project Oversight:
    • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality web applications and simulations.
    • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with industry standards.
    • Manage resource allocation and team capacity to optimize productivity.
  • Innovation & Simulation:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 3D and simulation.
    • Promote innovative thinking within the team and encourage experimentation with new tools and methodologies.
    • Leverage simulation experience to enhance product offerings and user experiences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on web development.
  • Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams, particularly in a web development context (frontend, backend, and infrastructure).
  • Excellent technical skills, with proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with simulation technologies and methodologies is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
