Volt is immediately hiring for Service Support Representative I in Long Beach, CA.

As an Service Support Representative I you will:
  • Handling troubleshooting, complaints and repair requests for equipment and products for the company.
  • Keeping meticulous records and technical support logs, follows established company procedures and but not limited to solving problems over the phone.
  • Arranges for repair of equipment as well as sends out loaners (as necessary) if troubleshooting fails
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
  • Managing onsite equipment repair, including maintenance, troubleshooting and test tasks.
  • Production of timely and detailed service reports.
  • Troubleshoot simple to complex issues.
  • Generate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and track RMAs until back in house

This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills:
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent oral / written communication
  • Ability to work as a team or independently
  • Exceptional technical aptitude with proven experience in electronics, including but not limited to electronic wiring, control boards, I/0 boards

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
