We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Helpdesk Support, Candidate should be located near Irvine CA, for onsite work (Monday to Friday) Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • we have an immediate need to fill a helpdesk/service desk role.
  • This would be lead level, someone who is presentable to senior management/owners. and is required to be in Irvine, CA
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT helpdesk or service desk roles, including leadership or senior-level experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.

Must be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA Monday through Friday.
