Description
Our Client is seeking a Manager, Market Research within the Brand & Integrated Marketing team! The Manager, Market Research will capture, analyze, and interpret market data and trends to assist the business in making informed decisions. Their analysis and recommendations will support evolution of corporate strategy and the development of strategies to improve retention, accelerate sales growth, and improve our customer journey(s) across the relationship lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement market research agenda to support Our Client's Life's goals and objectives.
Oversee and perform the collection and analysis of data based on market trends, customer behavior, competitors, etc. using various market research methods.
Lead and assist in strategic projects such as evaluating the possibility of entering new markets or growing and expanding our existing product portfolio by integrating research findings into the decision-making process.
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups to map the customer relationship lifecycle, identify touchpoints, retention strategies, and opportunities for improvement. and recommend changes to achieve business outcomes.
Understand business analytics and intelligence to develop and maintain profiles of current customers, across all distribution channels and by product ownership. Work collaboratively with Data Analytics professionals to continually improve the organization's insight into our customer's needs.
Craft compelling narratives using storytelling to make research findings actionable for leadership and partners.
Manage market research vendor relationships and oversee third-party research agencies when needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or another relevant field required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years' hands-on experience in Market Research with a proven track record in employing both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, preferably in the context of Life Insurance.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and convert them into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in SQL with the capability to manipulate large datasets, research tools such as SPSS and Qualtrics, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to craft compelling, data-driven narratives.
Leadership, decision making and team management experience.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and ethical considerations in market research.
