Job Details

Provide UI/UX strategy development Pyramid Consulting Group Inc has a banking client with an immediate need for an experienced PEGA UI DESIGNER with the following background and skills:

Strong experience with Pega UI design, particularly Constellation.

Proficiency in Angular and front-end design principles.

Expertise in creating UI libraries and design systems.

Proven experience in data organization and visualization for enterprise applications.

Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and iterative design.

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

Deep knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards.

Education: Preferred bachelor's degree or relevant work experience - UX/UI certifications welcomed

Years of experience: Level 2: 3-5 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. UI/UX Strategy Development:

o Define a scalable UI/UX library and design framework.

Establish design standards for both internal Pega UIs and external client-facing UIs.

  1. Pega Expertise:

o Collaborate with business teams to structure internal Pega screens effectively.

  1. Angular Integration:

To Design the external presentation layer in Angular while ensuring seamless integration with Pega.

  1. Collaboration with Agile Teams:

Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver cohesive experiences.

o Provide training or design guidance to align teams with the established framework.

  1. Data Organization & User-Centric Design:

To Simplify complex workflows and data presentations for an optimal user experience.

o Conduct user research to inform both internal and external design decisions.
