Job Title: Angular Lead Developer

Job Description:
As an Angular Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of Angular applications. Your expertise in Angular, combined with your strong technical skills and leadership abilities, will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient use of Angular framework.
- Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Angular applications, leveraging your expertise in Angular 14+, HTML, SCSS, and TypeScript.
- Architecture: Define and implement robust architectural patterns and solutions for Angular applications, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, designers) to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Angular Expertise: Deep understanding of Angular framework, including components, directives, services, and routing.
- Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, SCSS, and TypeScript, with a strong foundation in web development principles.
- Library Knowledge: Familiarity with popular Angular libraries like NgRx, RxJs, and Angular Material.
- Cloud Technologies: Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, including deployment and infrastructure management.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma).
- Knowledge of build tools (e.g., Webpack, Rollup).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
