Partner & Events Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Partner & Events Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will take ownership of planning and executing partner marketing initiatives and events (corporate trade and partner collaborations) to drive growth, build partner relationships, and position Accelsius as a market leader. This role will blend both tactical and strategic responsibilities, requiring someone who is hands-on with event and tradeshow logistics, while also thinking strategically about how to nurture and grow partner relationships. You will work closely with the sales and partner teams and channel partners to develop co-marketing programs and host events that engage customers and drive business results

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event & Tradeshow Management:
    • Plan, organize, and execute customer & partner-facing events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and partner summits.
    • Participate in direct corporate show selections, sales networking and partner collaboration event determinations
    • Manage contracts and related logistic and financial deliverables
    • Develop or apply for incremental event opportunities such as workshops, technical paper submissions, speaking opportunities, hospitality activities, etc.
    • Handle all event logistics, such as booth planning/layout, procurement/rentals & setup, printing, shipping of materials, budgeting, and timelines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to assign roles & responsibilities
    • Quarterback corporate shows on-site
    • Lead collection and management through transition to digital, content marketing manager for CRM integration and follow up
    • Co-ordinate with digital marketing, sales and public relations to pre-market the event and stage media opportunities pre, during and post events
    • Measure and report on event performance, focusing on ROI, lead generation, and partner engagement.
    • Align with key industry partners on potential trade show collaboration joint presentations or Accelsius participation and all related logistics
    • Maintain a calendar of industry events with details on sponsorship, target personas, internal attendees and any speaking submissions required prior to event date
  2. Partner Marketing:
    • Working with the channel partner sales/relationship lead, help develop co-branded marketing programs and campaigns with channel partners to drive awareness and demand.
    • Collaborating with other marketing team members, and leveraging direct sales assets, tools and programs, create and manage customized marketing materials, including presentations, email campaigns, collateral, and digital content for partners.
    • Partner welcome and staging program inclusive of cross website listings, branding, press release, social media posts, etc.
    • Collaborate with sales and BD teams to ensure alignment in partner communications and marketing efforts.
  3. Strategic Growth Initiatives:
    • Identify and develop opportunities for deeper engagement and growth within the partner ecosystem.
    • Develop long-term marketing strategies to support channel enablement and revenue growth.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
  4. Administrative & Tactical Execution:
    • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to event management, such as budget tracking, invoicing, registrations, leads upload into our CRM and vendor coordination.
    • Maintain detailed records of marketing activities and generate reports on performance metrics.
    • Assist with the execution of partner communication initiatives, such as newsletters, promotional emails, and social media.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, and partner marketing or channel marketing in a B2B environment, preferably in the tech or data services industries.
  • Strong experience in B2B tech marketing, particularly working with data centers, advanced computing technologies, or 5G telecom operators.
  • Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and other events.
  • Experience in developing partner enablement programs and working with channel partners to drive co-marketing activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Netsuite), and event management tools.
  • Passion for technology and sustainability (experience in this space is a plus).
