Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end project management of Salesforce implementation projects AMS including planning execution monitoring and closure
• Client Engagement, Project Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle ensuring clear communication managing expectations and addressing any concerns
• Requirements Gathering
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables
• Solution Design
• Work closely with Business Product Owners to design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with client needs and business objectives
• Team Leadership
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross functional teams including developers consultants and QA analysts to ensure successful project delivery
• Risk Management
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues ensuring projects stay on track and within scope
• Continuous Improvement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes methodologies and best practices
• Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM 201 Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Sales Service Cloud Consultant are highly desired
• Proven experience managing end to end Salesforce implementation projects including planning execution and delivery
• Experience of leading team size of 50
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities configuration and customization options
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage resources and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
