Job Details
- 5+ years configuring Workday.
- Multiple openings
- Worked on a minimum of 2+ Workday project
- Looking for functional and technical candidates
- Candidate will be working on federal projects so only clearable candidate are accepted.
- Understands WorkDay business processes and configuration for Onboarding, Offboarding, Organizational Management, Worker Profile, Job and Position Management
- Understand how to complete Workday Configuration Workbooks
- Skilled in running Workday design sessions with clients independently
- Ability to support and fix configuration issues during testing and hypercare
- Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs.
- Leads the HCM Core workstream while having experience with at least three full Workday implementations.
- Managing touchpoints with related Workday functional modules, including Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting.
