- 80 months experience integrating business rules and developing systems using Oracle Intelligent Advisor formally known as Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), including deployment, testing, automation hub, modeling, and debugging
- 80 months of development experience with .NET; Java and J2EE or related programming experience
- 80 months of experience working with business analysts understanding requirements
- 80 months of Web Development experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
- 60 months of development experience in Oracle Service Cloud formally known as RightNow version 2012-current including RightNow Query Language, Custom Object Deployment, Workspace/WorkFlow Development, Agent Scripting, Custom Process Model, Business Rules, Add-ins, Widgets, and experience with developing in a Multi-Site Environment.
