Description

We are in search of a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in Bowie, Maryland. In this role, you will be playing a crucial part in the development and implementation of test plans, as well as evaluating new and existing features. You will collaborate closely with the development teams and stakeholders, ensuring the software's functionality and quality. This role is within the industry and offers an exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities
Evaluate new and existing features by creating and implementing comprehensive test plans and cases
Utilize the latest testing tools to develop and manage automated test scripts
Perform a mix of manual and automated testing to identify software issues, performance bottlenecks, and usability problems
Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to establish testing strategies based on project requirements
Conduct various testing methods, such as regression, integration, and system testing, to ensure software functionality
Participate in daily team meetings, incorporating quality checks into the development process
Analyze the results of tests, document defects, and provide constructive feedback to aid in resolving issues
Monitor reported defects, ensuring they are addressed promptly and documented correctly
Carry out performance and load tests to evaluate the stability and scalability of applications
Suggest enhancements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve software quality
Keep abreast with the latest testing trends, tools, and practices to optimize quality assurance efforts.

Requirements

Proven experience in Android Development, with a strong understanding of the platform's unique requirements and challenges.
Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.
Demonstrable skills in Bug Tracking, being able to identify, log, and follow up on bugs until resolution.
Solid experience in Integration Testing, ensuring that individual software modules are combined and tested as a group.
Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery of projects.
Experience in AB Testing, comparing two versions of a webpage or other user experience to determine which performs better.
Knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, being able to work in quick iteration cycles and cross-functional teams.
Proven skills in Auditing, ensuring that established standards, rules, regulations, and laws are being followed.
Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service role, displaying excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding Customer Service skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to all clients.
