ServiceNow Developer (HRSD/CMDB)
Location: HYBRID - Marlborough, MA or San Diego, CA.
12+ months contract

Position Title:
ServiceNow Developer (HRSD/CMDB)
We are seeking skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developers with experience in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and/or Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Strong background in developing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD and/or CMDB solutions with a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM).
Position Details:
For HRSD:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Customize and configure HRSD modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) and third-party systems.
CMDB Experience Needed:
  • Architect and implement ITAM
  • Independently develop and manage Service Asset & Configuration Management.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB solutions that maintain data integrity and support ITSM processes.
  • Implement CMDB with a focus on CSDM, HAM, and SAM, along with creating new Service Catalog Items in ServiceNow (with workflows).
  • JavaScript and create/modify existing workflow activities.
  • Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 2 years focusing on HRSD and/or CMDB
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules (CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration (REST, SOAP, APIs) and data migration.
