Job Details
Must Haves:
- Minimum 7+ years of ServiceNow ITSM Developer Experience
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
- Experience working with functional business leaders, identifying business objectives and developing outcome-focused roadmaps
- Can partner with security teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet federal government security requirements and comply with relevant regulations such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP
- Strong programming skills - Java, JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap
- Recent experience leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in alignment with federal government expectations
- Expert with building ServiceNow solutions for multiple modules including, ITSM, Portal, Catalog, HR Module, ITBM, SOC & GRC
- Strong ServiceNow Portal development skills including adding multiple pages and portal widgets in ServiceNow
- Comfortable building custom widgets
Pluses:
- Enterprise Architect certification preferred (Togaf, IT4IT, etc)
- Cloud platform certifications
- Enterprise Workflow Platform experience
