Description
We are seeking a qualified PC Refresh Technician to assist with a company-wide PC lifecycle refresh. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable information technology experience at a professional level

Join a Managed Service Project to help with an enterprise refresh for a Fortune 200 organization. The role consists of Client Support, PC/Laptop Refreshes, inventory tracking and outage support when facilities are shut down for maintenance. You will also assist with iPad and mobile device support.
Duties
  • Provide excellent service, positive mindset, attention to detail, and high reliability.
  • Support technical processes and compliance standards.
  • Assist with a lifecycle refresh for enterprise wide for technologies.
  • Hands on with with hardware and software applications.
  • Maintain technical competency relating to Tier 2 support.
  • Run prewritten, automation scripts.
  • Upgrade devices at various locations.
  • Image and deploy end-user devices.
  • Troubleshoot issues, break/fix, and document steps.

Work Environment
  • Plant, Warehouse, and Production type facility, not an office environment.
  • Heavy regulated and organized.
  • Deadline and compliance.
  • The location is large, and the position will travel throughout the plant.
