Salary: $140K - $210K/yr

NOTE Candidate need to have US work authorization (Visa transfer can be provided for the right candidate)

General Summary
As a Senior IT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cloud Architect, you will be part of the growing Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations organizations. You will support various initiatives around Sales, Services, Marketing, CPQ, and CRM, among other areas. Additional peripheral applications within the Enterprise such as SAP, Merlin, ShowPad, Dropbox, Quickbase, cVent, and Veeva will also require support and collaboration.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Manage and support relationships with Global Sales, Services, and Marketing by utilizing proactive account management strategies and developing strong business relationships. Support and implement systems that strengthen the relationship between our client and its customers. Understand customer needs to inform the company's plans and fulfill them.
  • Lead CRM Cloud Architect: Act as the lead CRM Cloud Architect for all CRM and CPQ requirements and functionalities.
  • Analysis & Project Delivery: Responsible for business and functional analysis, project delivery, success criteria, and risk analysis.
  • Hands-on Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical design and architectural sessions within the functional areas of Customer Data Management, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Pricing, Orders, Cases, Contracts, and Billing.
  • Data Migration & Cleansing: Manage data migration and data cleansing from existing applications and spreadsheets into new CRM applications.
  • Design Thinking & Agile Methodology: Experience with design thinking, CRM design and implementation, and Agile methodology and tools.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Provide technical support for the analysis of business requirements and their applicability to current or planned Salesforce Platform capabilities.
  • Architect & Design Solutions: Architect, design, and implement world-class products and solutions. Develop functional architecture design and contribute to supporting the overall goals of the organization.
  • Technical Architecture: Design long-term, reliable, and end-to-end technical architectures, building solutions and Proofs of Concept (POCs) based on internal customer and project needs.
  • Documentation: Transform detailed requirements into a complete systems design document and design consistent, extensible, and integrated data access components across distinct data sources and platforms.
  • System Metrics & Troubleshooting: Maintain system metrics to track usage trends and data integrity. Identify problems and develop technical/communication plans to address them.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional teams addressing strategic business issues involving CRM, Marketing, and Sales/Service operations.
  • Roadmap & Go-To-Market Efficiencies: Build out the roadmap for CPQ/CRM and drive efficiencies in the Go-To-Market functions.
  • Training & User Support: Develop training materials and train users on CRM tool functionality. Work with the Data Management Team to support Customer Master Data and touchpoints to the Master Data Platform.
  • Team Coordination: Work with the Project Manager and Scrum Master to delegate tasks and tickets to the appropriate team members.
  • Hands-On Role: Provide high-quality solutions to business problems for CRM in Sales and Marketing. This is a hands-on role that requires active involvement in Salesforce administration, configuration, POCs, design, development discussions, and collaboration with business personnel.
  • Compliance & Quality Management: Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), and follow domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Security & Privacy Compliance: Understand relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles, and adhere to the applicable regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Other Duties: Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field with 15+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications:
  • MS degree or certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of SaaS business applications experience, including robust hands-on experience in Marketing, CRM (Microsoft and/or Salesforce), Master Data Management, CPQ, and Enterprise Architecture.
  • 2 CRM implementations and Customer Master implementation experience.
  • Experience working with business and technology leaders to solve complex business and systems problems.
  • Experience managing offshore teams.
  • Strong technical and functional troubleshooting skills within CRM (preferably both Microsoft and Salesforce).
  • DevOps experience is a plus.
  • Scrum Agile certification is a plus.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.
