Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in fostering a positive corporate culture, managing marketing initiatives, and overseeing key communications. The ideal candidate will not only provide top-tier administrative support but also serve as a vital connector between the CEO and the broader organization, helping to drive engagement, brand alignment, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement
- Act as a culture ambassador, assisting the CEO in promoting and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performing corporate environment.
- Organize and manage internal company events, celebrations, and team-building activities that align with the company s values and mission.
- Support the development and dissemination of internal communications, such as newsletters, updates, and announcements, to keep employees informed and connected to leadership.
- Help foster strong relationships between the CEO and staff by facilitating clear and open lines of communication.
Marketing & Communications
- Assist the CEO with coordinating and overseeing marketing efforts, including supporting social media strategies, content creation, and public relations activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the CEO is well-prepared for external engagements, public speaking opportunities, and media appearances.
- Support the development of key messaging for internal and external communications, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage and track marketing-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall business objectives.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing the CEO s calendar, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and logistics, and assisting in providing records to Finance on travel.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for key meetings, ensuring the CEO is equipped with accurate, up-to-date information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, prioritizing, and responding to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and assist in tracking key deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide organizational support for executive-level meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
Required and/or Preferred Qualifications (education, experience, licenses, skills)
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong experience in corporate communications, marketing, or culture-building initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with social media and project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
